Laura has over 17 years of experience in the residential sector of Sales and Lettings in Northern Ireland. 9 of those years spent particular focus on residential lettings and over the past 7 years has had particular focus on sales, investment strategies and the land and new homes market.

Laura has a particular knowledge base of the changing markets with regards to investing in property and is able to advise on the changing styles in New build developments to include layouts and density, housing mix and pricing.

Laura has a wealth of local area knowledge which she uses to ascertain the best strategies when it comes to house pricing and sales motives. Her passion for property drives her to build client relations providing honest advice for all clients to reach their goals.

Janet has 20 years' experience working for communications companies in a variety of senior solution sales and director positions. It was through this experience that she realised the importance of putting the customer at the heart of every business decision and transaction.

This is the very cornerstone that Cairns and Downing Sales & Lettings is built upon.

Janet is responsible for the Business Development function of the business along with ensuring that the customer journey is best in class.

Having been a landlord for many years and continuing to add to her own portfolio, Janet understands the needs of landlords and is keen to help them maximise profitability from their portfolios while ensuring seamless and expert management.

Emma joined Cairns and Downing in 2020, she comes with a wealth of knowledge in the property industry. Completing her degree in 2010 in BSc Hons Real Estate Management she has gained over 10 years experience in the industry with a particular interest in Property Management and Investment.

Emma's knowledge extends beyond that of sales and lettings, with management skills, new homes expertise, marketing skills and property investment experience. She is constantly looking at how housing and the 21st century is changing the market and how as a business we can offer what is best for our client's needs.

Her ambition is to hold a growing, reliable, and profitable property portfolio. Her passion is found in helping clients find their properties potential and use it to get the best out of their portfolio or sale.
